We have 28GG seamless knitting machine from 11 inch to 18 inch to meet with all kind of size products requirement . Also we focus on 32GG Santoni seamless ma chine for RAW SPANDEX products to maximize the comfort of the seamless prod ucts , The fabric is very smooth and soft . It ‘ s seems like your second skin when you wear .

FABRIC WAREHOUSE
Fabric warehouse
The pictures to show some part of our fabric warehouse.
Each roll of fabric is packed with plastic bag with stickers at sides which marked the fabric item, the composition, the arrival time etc.. And different fabrics for different customers will be stored separately on the fabric shelves. In this way, the fabrics can avoid to get dirty or moistured.
Besides, there is a fabric storage book at the side of every layer of fabric shelves to record the fabric details which are stored at this layer.
FABRIC CUTTING
Fabric Cutting
We will Combine different fabric characteristics and styles to choose which cutting way will be use to make sure perfect performance .
We have 3 kinds of fabric cutting ways in our factories.
First way is normal and traditional way, normal cutting lines which is cutting by hand as patterns.
Second way is auto-cutting lines which is cutting by machines as patterns for fabrics in normal width.
Third way is small auto-cutting machines which are for cutting fabrics in narrow width like several cm, such as decoration lace.
PRE PRODUCTION MEETING
Before the bulk production, we always take highly important to hold PRE-PRODUCTION MEETING on every details and workmanship to make sure bulk production smooth.
PRODUCTION FLOOR
Totally we have 10 production lines at the present and are expanding. All our production lines use single box flow line, meaning every product needs to go into the flow box. The process can avoid mixed sizes, dirty and unknown quantities to the largest extent. Moreover, we adopt fully imported sewing machine, fully automatic locking machine, and small-scale production .
FINAL INSPECTION
As a professional maufacturer in underwear, swimwear and activewear, all the goods we made needs to be inspected strictly as request.
When finished goods, our final inspectors will inspect the finish goods one by one based on AQL standard.
PACKING
From the picture, it is part of our packing deparments in our factory. After final inspection, all the goods will be ironed according to styles or request, and then packed as customers request with the hangtags, hangers, polybags, cartons etc.
